One Semiconductor repairs DTCU assemblies.
While One Semiconductor performs individual assessments on each unit to find the best solution, a typical repair includes the following:
Inspect all cables and harnesses and repair any cracked or dry-rotted sheathing
Replace quick disconnect fittings
Pressurize Heat Exchanger to 90PSI and conduct a pressure test over 60 minutes (Pass = <1PSI delta change over 60 mins)
Inspect gold reflector plates and polish if dull or, if peeling, remove and send out for AU re-plating
Replace all lamps and install new bulbs
Inspect the antennae coil and polish if dull
Inspect fan for any damage
Apply 120V using test fixture to verify functionality
Inspect all switches and replace if broken
Test all switches are functioning using DVM
